So glad that I saw the Deer Valley Plumbing truck in my neighborhood and decided to call the for service. They had a plumber to the house a couple hours later and did an excellent job! Luis was the plumber that did our work. He was courteous and professional and gave me options to fit our budget.

Very impressed with the response time but even more impressed with the resolution of my pipe issue. Jared was very professional and demonstrated excellent customer service. After being disappointed by 2 "national" service companies, I contacted Deer Valley regarding an unusual noise from our pipes. The first 2 companies each claimed to understand the problem and wanted to resolve it - but they couldn't. Technician Luis and Manager Mike spent so much time and energy researching the problem and trying to find the solution. Their efforts paid off and we no longer have the weird noise. We have made Deer Valley Plumbing OUR plumber.

My hot water heater busted and so we called Deer Valley Plumbing. Luis was expedient, efficient, and clean with the mess. He provided answers to all the questions I had. I hope to never need a plumber for this magnitude of a project again but I wouldn’t hesitate to call Deer Valley Plumbing again and ask for Luis to be my tech.

We had to shut off our main water line due to leak. I was starting to worry we wouldn’t be able to find a plumber to come out same day. Deer Valley Plumbing responded quickly to our plumbing emergency. They sent Luis who is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Luis saved the day. Leak is fixed and water is back on. Knock on wood I won’t need to call a plumber again. But if I do, I would call Deer Valley Plumbing.

About a week ago my service pro was Remington and he was an excellent lad. He came and checked my problem and laid out solutions on how to fix it. Very reasonable and seem quite knowledgeable about plumbing. And he got there right at 8am like he said.

Remington the technician that came was very courteous and professional. If I ever need to use your service again I would ask for him by name. It was as pleasant experience as it could be considering the circumstances

Realized I had a clog deeper than I could handle myself. Called up DVP and they had Daniel out to me in just a few hours. He went above and beyond what I expected for a Friday afternoon at the end of a work day.

He offered options, solutions and a few suggested offers that the company would be able to help us with in the future.

Definitely found our plumber for all future calls. Thanks!

I have used them twice more since my original review. All of my good opinions remain valid.

I only got a new bathroom faucet but the room feels like new. The technician left my bathroom cleaner than he found it. He was really good and a nice guy too.
