Although we have a service contract with another AC/Plumbing company, I reached out to DVP to get a second opinion on a water heater repair. Our first provider wanted to just replace the water heater for several thousand dollars. The DVP Tech suggested just replacing the heating elements and thermostats for several hundred dollars. While that did fix the immediate problem of intermittent cold water, our six year old water heater did spring a significant leak several days later out of the top near the PRV. While DVP was not responsible for this, it would have been nice if the tech had noticed that issue prior to it causing water damage. DVP did come right out however and helped us install a new water heater with a discount based on the costs of the first repair that was still a better price than the original bid from the other company. I consider Deer Valley Plumbing service to be an excellent and valuable home service provider. I was very appreciative of Remington's open and honest opinions, up front estimates, his work ethics, and the fact that he is a personable and professional young man.
Another plumbing company wanted $250 to replace the tank flush assembly. It wouldn't have corrected our situation and is an extremely high price for something any homeowner can replace on their own for $20.
Honesty and integrity were well represented by Remington.

Had a misunderstanding about work conducted on our water heater at Parkside. Was able to call the office and they Listened to my concerns. They were very understanding and corrected it for us. More than pleased with efforts from management.
