Terrific potential for this leadership course. I believe there are many ways to improve on the initial offering, and Mike, Dallas, and the team are doing just that. I would give the team 5 stars, and the course 4, with room for improvement. I would challenge the team to engage the audience more - provide more opportunities for interaction and practical exercises vs lecture method of teaching. The Deepwater Subsea team has all of the tools needed to deliver a first class leadership development course and I have no doubts they are making improvements to do exactly that.
