In the past, I was under the care of different doctors to help me with my thyroid and hormones. Dr Cohen has been able to manage both of these for me. He and his staff are extremely professional and courteous. He is very thorough in my treatments and aiding in my optimal health with biodentical hormones. My energy and libido levels have increased since being under the care of Dr Cohen. I highly recommend him and his practice!!

Dr. Cohen and his staff are nothing less than amazing. Dr. Cohen, his wife Amanda , and his staff are as good as it gets! Very professional but with a down home feel! Hormone replacement has been life changing for me! When I first went to Dr Cohen I was full on menapause and about as low as one can get! I had no energy and I felt miserable! His expertise and knowledge made my decision to try the program so easy!!! I felt like he really listened and he cared!!! It has made the biggest difference in every aspect of my life and I feel fantastic!!! He is also a great Dr. and chiropractor!!! Hands down best doctor. I have been to many and Dr. Cohen took the time to go over blood work and what the results meant. His staff is absolutely fantastic, you feel welcome from the moment you step in the building. I didn’t wait long at all in the waiting room or exam room. Staff made sure to call me back when I left a message and go over everything for refills. They really take time and care. Everything about the doctor, office, and staff are great!!!

Dr. Cohen and his staff are incredibly pleasant and welcoming. As a pharmacist, I find that all of the staff are well informed and truly concerned about the wellbeing of their patients. It is reassuring to know that your healthcare team is genuinely concerned about your health and well-being.

I’ve been going to Inlet Physical Medicine since we moved here 3+ years ago. The care is excellent. I go for general practice and chiropractic care. Being a golfer I need to keep my back in good shape. Dr Holt understands golfers and is excellent on the sports medicine side. I recommend this practice for anyone that is looking for a great doctor and compassionate care.

I have suffered from continual lower back pain for years. Dr. Holt and Dr. Cohen have helped me to understand what is going on in my back and provide the absolute best service to correct my issues. I have been a patient for over 2 years at Inlet Physical Medicine. I had gone to several Dr’s who were pushing me in the direction of having surgery on my lower back (which I didn’t want). So in a last ditch effort I did a search for a local chiropractor. This is when I met Dr. Cohen and his incredible staff. I feel welcomed from the second I open the door and walk in. More importantly, I walk out with significantly less pain. And most importantly, with no surgery. IPM is a well oiled machine I highly recommend to anyone that is in need of a chiropractor and/or primary care.

Would like to say that the staff at Inlet Physical medicine are fantastic. Especially Sarah Smith . Why ! She help me lose 53 pounds so I could have my hip operation. The weight program she put me on was tough but worked. Can't thank her enough. I have no problem recommending Sarah to people who want to lose weight. Again thank you Sarah.

With the help of Dr. Cohen, Dr. Holt and Dr. Cohen's medical assistant Sarah, I have successfully lost 66lbs using the HCG weight loss program and found relief from chronic aliments that have plagued me for years. Everyone at Inlet Physical Medicine has become family to me, a support system I never knew I needed. Dr. Craig Cohen is the ONLY chiropractor on the Grand Strand who specializes in Grostic Technique, which is what led me to him because I have scoliosis. Whatever back/spine issues you have, I HIGHLY recommend him. He is THE BEST!!!!!
