I went to a gathering at the declare Wellness Center because my wife basically nagged me into it. After hearing Dr. Cohen speak, I grabbed the clipboard for my wife and I signed up because I was tired of being sick. I was so weak that I would sleep all night just to get up in the morning lay on the couch where I’m pretty much sleep the day away. That went on for months. I was on 15 different medication’s. I was seeing an endocrinologist for years with medication changes every other month and no results. Dr Cohen at Declare Wellness did testing and told me exactly what I needed as far as natural supplements and diet changes. It's a total game changer. I'm so thankful! I am a new person.
