I love Declare Wellness because they are a team of people who look at healing the whole person. I initially came to Declare Wellness because I had already gone to 4 different Hospitals throughout the US and had not gotten any better with my Chronic Illness. All of the hospitals and doctors that I had seen were awesome men and women who genuinely cared about me and my wellbeing but could not help me with my situation. During my initial consult with Dr.Cohen at Declare Wellness he said something to me that really got my attention He said if I would follow his program for 3 months then I would no longer have this Chronic illness in my gut. Where do I begin? There is so much to say. I came in with doubts, confusion, and plenty of frustration. After the initial introduction, I had to roll it around for a minute. Do I take that leap into the unknown or not? Well, I did, and I was not disappointed. Everyone was helpful, polite, and there was no judgment. I was at a dead end when it came down to my health. Without sharing my medical history, I was at high risk of heart attack, stroke and diabetes.

I had been seeing an endocrinologist for my thyroid for years, never lost an ounce and couldn’t drag myself out of bed each day. I went to Dr Cohen's free seminar for gut, hormones and thyroid information. It was going to be all natural supplements instead of synthetic drugs.
