Declare wellness has really helped me to understand how the food I eat causes me to feel the way I do, both good and bad. The program helped me to recognize that certain foods cause me discomfort and now that they have been eliminated my life, it has really changed for the better. I feel less bloated and my running distances and times have increased tremendously and I’m ready for a half marathon on Sunday 10-16-2022 and hope to beat all my previous personal records.

They really helped me get to the root cause and not simply treat the symptoms.

I had attended a workshop on hormone imbalance and abdominal body fat. I met with Dr. Cohen and his staff, after extensive lab work. Dr. Cohen sat down with me to review results. I was already “a healthy person”, I was doing High intensity workout 5-6 days a week, burning 450-500 calories a day, building muscle. Also was eating “fairly healthy, I thought. I wasn’t getting to results I wanted. Decided to do the program curriculum for healthy living. I have lost 15 lbs following the regimen; I went through the detox and really keyed into what foods were not good for my body. Now in VIP program, because I feel so good.

I love the excellent care I receive from Dr Cohen, he is a gifted chiropractor. He has surrounded himself with competent caring people that really care about the people they serve.

Dr. Cohen and his staff provide the kind of care and service that you would be tempted to think no longer exists. Personal and holistic, efficient and compassionate. My husband and I both rely on Dr. Cohen and his staff to help us optimize our health and be proactive with our care, we both have been beyond satisfied. I had all but lost hope as I was acting as my husbands patient advocate managing 5 different types of specialists. Dr. Cohen looked at things none of them looked at, addressed deficiencies and management of Rx’s that totally turned my husbands health around and restored my hope!!!! My physician of 15 years, Dr. Duffy, retired a few years ago. Even though I am in the medical field I was unable to find a local primary care physician that I felt truly cared about me as a person and my health. Unfortunately, most of our local medical offices have been bought out by massive hospital systems and the physicians are now employees of those corporations. The pressure on the practitioners in those offices to see more and more and MORE patients daily has a detrimental effect on patient care and wellness. Dr. Cohen is hands down the best chiropractor & FNP. There are a lot of reasons, but mainly it is his compassionate & empathetic care he provides to all of his patients. He treats each and every one of them as if they were his family. Amanda, the head nurse, and office manager has the very same qualities. Never in my life have I been "excited" to go to a doctor's appointment, until I became Dr. Cohen's patient 6 years ago. I love the entire staff, they are all so pleasant and helpful. I plan on moving to NC, but I also plan on making the trip back to the beach every few weeks, for my maintenance adjustments and lab reviews ❤

I had never really given much thought to chiropractic care in the past, but I had felt immense pelvic pain in my previous two pregnancies that I was desperate to do or try anything to reduce it in my third. Not only did I never experience pain past a 5 on a scale of 1 to 10 (most of the time it was 3-4), but I also never felt the lower back pain that’s usually associated with pregnancy... except for the occasional and normal pain that can occur a day or two after an adjustment. I started coming around the beginning of the second trimester. They adjusted me every other week and gave me exercises to help my pelvic floor. If you’re looking for a place to help with pregnancy related pain, this is definitely the place to call! They have a wonderful, friendly staff and make you feel like you’re part of the team.

In the past, I was under the care of different doctors to help me with my thyroid and hormones. Dr Cohen has been able to manage both of these for me. He and his staff are extremely professional and courteous. He is very thorough in my treatments and aiding in my optimal health with biodentical hormones. My energy and libido levels have increased since being under the care of Dr Cohen. I highly recommend him and his practice!!

Dr. Cohen, his wife Amanda , and his staff are as good as it gets! Very professional but with a down home feel! Hormone replacement has been life changing for me! When I first went to Dr Cohen I was full on menapause and about as low as one can get! I had no energy and I felt miserable! His expertise and knowledge made my decision to try the program so easy!!! I felt like he really listened and he cared!!! It has made the biggest difference in every aspect of my life and I feel fantastic!!! He is also a great Dr. and chiropractor!!! Hands down best doctor. I have been to many and Dr. Cohen took the time to go over blood work and what the results meant. His staff is absolutely fantastic, you feel welcome from the moment you step in the building. I didn’t wait long at all in the waiting room or exam room. Staff made sure to call me back when I left a message and go over everything for refills. They really take time and care. Everything about the doctor, office, and staff are great!!!

Dr. Cohen and his staff are incredibly pleasant and welcoming. As a pharmacist, I find that all of the staff are well informed and truly concerned about the wellbeing of their patients. It is reassuring to know that your healthcare team is genuinely concerned about your health and well-being.

I’ve been going to Inlet Physical Medicine since we moved here 3+ years ago. The care is excellent. I go for general practice and chiropractic care. Being a golfer I need to keep my back in good shape. Dr Holt understands golfers and is excellent on the sports medicine side. I recommend this practice for anyone that is looking for a great doctor and compassionate care.

I have suffered from continual lower back pain for years. Dr. Holt and Dr. Cohen have helped me to understand what is going on in my back and provide the absolute best service to correct my issues.
