Declare Wellness Center

I love Declare Wellness because they are a team of people who look at healing the whole person. I initially came to Declare Wellness because I had already gone to 4 different Hospitals throughout the US and had not gotten any better with my Chronic Illness. All of the hospitals and doctors that I had seen were awesome men and women who genuinely cared about me and my wellbeing but could not help me with my situation. During my initial consult with Dr.Cohen at Declare Wellness he said something to me that really got my attention He said if I would follow his program for 3 months then I would no longer have this Chronic illness in my gut. But he stressed that the results were up to me not him. His simple response to me gave me hope that I had not had for over 10 years because he was saying that the results were mine to own. I have had no gut issues of any kind for over 4 months now, I am beyond grateful for the work of Dr.Cohen and his team and would highly recommend that you go to them to see if they can help you.
