Dr Cohen is very passionate about his work. He is very warm, and listens intently to his patients. He mentors your care and made appropriate changes when he felt he could enhance my program. When meeting with him, he explains everything and also makes sure the information is all recorded in your portal so that you can review. The dietary portion gable me an understanding of how food is detrimental to wellbeing. I now have a good understanding of what I need to do to stay healthy. It is somewhat hard to find caring and compassionate people, especially those in a professional capacity but Dr Cohen and his wife Amanda and the rest of the staff are extraordinary people and compassionate professionals. Turning 60 was an eye opener. I was always in relatively good health until years of bad diet choices caught up to me. After increasing doctor visits and medications, I decided to take a look into another direction. I was referred to Declare Wellness by my gastroenterologist. After meeting with Dr Cohen, a plan was developed to get back on track and off some of my prescription meds. After a couple weeks I stopped taking acid reflux medication and was sleeping without issue. Two months in and I was down 20 lbs. My blood work looked like it did years ago. Incredible!
