Lack of communication, did not get calls returned. Overall installation was great. Deck looks good.

Deck Helmet was effective and completed the work within the 30d window as promised. The new deck looks fabulous.
I did have to call them on day 21 to see if the project was ready to kick off, however.

The project was to be completed in 4 weeks. The Deck Helmet team was very efficient and responsive and completed it in a little over 2 weeks with no items left to be put on a punch list.
