My husband and I learnt a great deal just by asking Chris questions and watching him work. We were thrilled by the infra-red scanner thingy that he used too, to see 'through' the walls. This was far more thorough than I expected.

DBJ did a really thorough job even though it was a torrential rain storm! One of the great features of their service is the appliance recall monitor. We get periodic emails to alert us of any new problems. They went over the inspection report with us before they left, so we were able to ask questions while it was fresh in our minds. They also showed us the minor problems that they uncovered and had helpful ideas for fixing the issues. Highly recommend their service.

Chris was amazing! An absolute wealth of knowledge broke down each question I had with simple and easy to understand answers. Had zero issues what so ever. Little miscommunication with price in the beginning but when all is said and done I got what I paid for and it was worth every single penny!
