I have owned 30 homes and this was the most professional and thorough home inspection I have ever had. The question is not what did they find? The question is what did they not find? They found everything. Awesome job!

DBJ was referred by my realtor. Anyone she trust, I trust however my own experience exceeded my expectations. Devon was punctual, friendly, and professional. He was very approachable regarding any questions I had. He took about 3 hours with my inspection and it was supposed to be about 1.5 hours. He definitely took his time making he sure did a great job. I received my detailed inspection report later that evening on an account with all my info. Overall, great experience as a first time home buyer.

The convinience of online documents and payments is great. Javier was knowledgeable and had no issues answering our question. Inspection was done in a timely manner and results were available online on the same day. Do not hesitate to contract their services.

I chose DBL Home Inspections based on reviews I found on Google and I was not disappointed. I got a very complete and thorough review done and paid extra to get the air quality inspected throughout the home and roof cavity looking primarily for mold and fungi. The inspection covered all roof, exterior walls, internal walls, plumbing, equipment and systems operation and interior finishings. I'm an experienced contractor and I would have absolutely missed some of the items they found and listed as deficiencies and to be corrected. Saves me a lot of time and money when the home inspection is a thorough as DBJ provides and I can knock off items on a repair list one by one and sub things out as needed.

The DBJ team made this process soo simple. Devon was so knowledgeable I knew my future home was in good hands. I had all the reports same day and with their client app it was simple and easy to keep track of it all through the process. They were quick, professional and a pleasure to work with! I will be sending everyone I know their way.

Great experience. Bought a condo from Canada, and needed to make sure that everything was examined carefully. They did a great job, loved their detailed report. Also had a conversation with the inspector about what needed to be addressed immediately in the inspection report. Definitely would recommend them
