Came for a consultation and got such great service i left with a sound system and tint, everything done promptly with explanations, comparisons and faster than anywhere else, with beverages and drinks while you wait. You couldn't think up better service

If I could give 10 stars I would, my husband saw the advertisement on IG and we called placed an appointment and willing drove 7 hours to have them install a full customized system in my husband jeep, without knowing we’d completely be so satisfied with it everything service was top tier because we aren’t local we had to drive back home took it in Friday AM and they stayed till 11:30 pm Saturday making sure to finish everything so we could head back Sunday, if that doesn’t let you know how understanding they are with others I’ll tell you that they could have easily said come back Monday for it. But they understood our situation and put all hands on deck to finish my husband system. Definitely recommend them. 100% you won’t be disappointed.

I’m giving Dark and Loud a well-deserved 5 stars! Allen went above and beyond to hook me up. I had previously gotten a system from Audio Fanatics, but they oversold me on overpriced gear that wasn’t even as powerful as I wanted. When I asked them about upgrading, they told me I couldn’t fit anything bigger in the box they sold me.

That’s when I went to Dark and Loud, and Allen made it happen! Not only did they make it work, but they made it look incredible. The attention to detail was top-notch, and this system absolutely bangs. They installed a DB 2000W RMS Amp, Audio Control Epicenter, two 12” DB Apocalypse 250s, and the Audio Control LC2, and the difference is unreal.

Best service ever honestly. My tint was perfect plus stickers on the window crank to not roll the window. Instructions on how to use sound system and what not to do on tint. Thanks GIO!! Keep up the great customer service.

Very knowledgeable about the products they sell and for great pricing. Definitely willing to work with the customer and any questions they may have about sound systems, window tint or any of the other services they provide. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for great clean and affordable bass. Not like other companies that just try to push trend and make people waste money on stuff they don’t need.
