Mani was straightforward and easy to work with. He didn't push for having an agreement in place, and worked in good faith until I was satisfied and ready to move ahead. He provided important information/advice about the transaction ahead of time, and prepped me well rather than waiting till issues occurred and explaining it to me then, when I likely would have been far more frustrated. We rented a home from Mani after experiencing our own tragedy of a house fire. I was very nervous being a homeowner to be renting again but Mani was very kind throughout all of our interactions.
