Service Tech Rick was super friendly and helpful. He had my best interest in mind, guided me through signs to look for in making sure my unit is running good. Found the issue with my unit and quoted me a great price, to where I was pleased and proceeded to fix the issue on the unit. While inspecting the rest of the system he was giving me tips on how I could have a better running system by simply changing a filter, something I never knew. That was super helpful and useful! Amazing service, very helpful advice and not to mention super reasonable price! Will definitely be using them for any future service that may be needed.

As a board member of HOA, I have nothing but positive experience with A/C Heroes. I live in a 180 unit condo & my venerable A/C hasn't been working for several years, blowing warm airs. This company helped me with my ac to keep cool. The whole community and it was hot. People were suffering from the heat and they didn't know where to call but they came and helped us. The company came at the right time and helped and did the right thing.
