I have had service from D&M for many years. I don’t just make an appointment and hope for the best, I specify the technician by name. I feel I am getting the best, most consistent service this way.

Cheryl has tried to help me with an issue with a carrier unit put in by another provider. I am not sure Carrier is going to honor their warranty b/c unit was not put in by an authorized carrier dealer but I think a warranty should be a warranty or they should not sell units to unauthorized providers. This unit has been an issue since it was put in. I really appreciate the help from Cheryl. Everyone there is very professional and knowledgeable and kind.
