We recently purchased and had a new heat & air system installed by D&M who we also have a service plan for our units with. One of our units quit working during the snow and ice we had this year. D&M was very responsive, found the issue, got the part, but the unit housing had worn away such that the new part could not do its job. They sent us quotes for a couple of units within 24 hours of knowing the part wouldn't work. We took a few days to do some research and decided one of the units they had suggested was indeed what we want as a replacement. They ordered and installed it as quickly as possible. Throughout it all, the techs, sales people, and office staff were courteous, friendly, and gave easy to understand information to us. We were glad they were who we had chosen to have our service plan with.

D&M installed our ac unit a few years back and have never had a problem with it. We recently had them come out and do regular maintenance on the unit. They always do a great job and the employees are always friendly and professional.

The office staff is very polite. My technician was extremely cordial and did everything to ensure that I understood the service he was providing.

I switched to D & M Heating and Air a little over 3 years ago and have been very happy with them. They are friendly and reliable. I had to get a new unit last week and the two technicians that installed it were great and they will be the ones that will come back and check on it throughout the year. The installers arrived on time set up thier equipment and worked till the job was completed. Everything was cleaned up and the new HVAC system was on line. It was as they never were here. Great job.
