UPDATE: The work the company did was great. However weeks after making the final payment and verified each payment with Joe Tedesco before writing each check, he now comes back asking for $2K due to his miscalculation and threatening to put a lien on my property after I have paid over $30K. Each check cut to the company had his approval. DO NOT work with JOE!!!

Our home got flooded in Helene. It was an experience like no other (and one I hope never to have again). When the tide rolled back out and the sun came up, we really had no idea what to do next to fix up the house. We were damn lucky CSL was working in our neighbourhood.

Within a few days, they'd parked a dumpster, removed all the affected drywall and laminate flooring (never do laminate!), and were running an army of industrial fans and dehumidifiers. They even sprayed/disinfected our brick interior! They ushered me along in our personal chaos to coordinate with my flood insurance, relieving me of one more annoying task in the endless sea of todos. They were professional, courteous, and a joy to interact with.

I have a business that experiences tremendous traffic. I needed a new interior pain job. CSL came out over a weekend and BAM! What a bang up job they did! From now on I give them a call first!

We had rain water from a hurricane leak into our guest bedroom. We called CSL Construction and they came over to our house that day. They gave us a quote, on the spot, which we agreed to. They then set up a dryer in the room and said what the next steps would be, including the needed repairs.

In summary, they did everything they said they would do. They were professional, courteous, respectful, and just really nice people to do business with.

I have hired CSL construction several times after my house was flooded. CSL redid my upstairs bathrooms as well as my master bath. As a result, I am the envy of my neighborhood. My new bathrooms are awesome! CSL takes special care when they are inside your home. They protect everything that they are not fixing everything. The owner said he would do he did. Cory and his team i have used for many years. Within my interior they did emergency repair for me while i was away and also a remodel to my kitchen according to my special requests. CSL Construction turned our horror story into a fairytale with a beautiful ending! We suffered a slab leak that started in our kitchen sink and went through our pantry and into our bedroom earlier this year (Feb 2024). My neighbor; without hesitation recommended Corey from CSL and gave me his number. A couple of hours later they showed up to do an assessment of the damages and discussed with us what they see. The next day they showed up with a full crew to do the absolute most thorough assessment of the damages and documented everything at every step of the process. The news of the damage were tough to hear, but they were consummate professionals and were able to lay out a comprehensive timeline and proper expectations for the project.
