It was a wild ride, but I was happy in the end…

I got a letter from this organization to refinance my home. The offer sounded good so I accepted and began the paperwork. I was promised a certain amount on my escrow refund but by the time the check arrived it was $600 short. This obviously left me very upset. So I called the Loan Liaison Office Ashley (who was fantastic throughout this whole operation) and told her about my scruples she said she would look into it. The very next day a very nice manager named Mike called me and explained the error and told me that I would be issued the remaining funds within a few days. This is why I respect this company.
