Made a call to CRC after getting advice from their technician to get a second opinion after another well known Fresno company quoted me over $10k for a repair. Leticia and Frank worked with me along the way to coordinate inpection,estimate and repair for an extremely reasonable price. Repair was made with in days of initial call. They were in and out in under 2hrs the technicians got my old unit up to factory standards just before the heat rolled into town. The staff is friendly, professional and have character. Unlike other companys I've done business with in past years.

I had an issue with water pressure in the faucets. A technician came by,quickly identified the cause and implemented a solution. Recommendations were made to help in case it reoccurried and also an offer to help for future services was made. I highly recommend CRC Plumbling & Air. They are proficient in their work and excellent in their customer service. I will definitely look for them for any future issues with my house.

This was my 2nd service for my A/C unit (Went with the Patriot Plan). Top notch service... Text when on their way, Text when pulling up, Did the service (Cleaning, replace 2 air filters). My tech; Omar was a pleasure, courteous, and knowledgeable to get the job done..!!! Upon finishing, received an email for the invoice with pictures showing what was cleaned and serviced..!!!

It was good but I think something is not right. After he left I kept hearing a beeping noise on and off. Then after my wife came home and notice that the light in the bedroom blinks off and on as does the door bell chime in the hallway. Other electrical appliances are also doing weird stuff. Could something be not connected correctly in the ac unit. This started after he was done seems like. Can someone come out and check it. Thanks

Great service. We are Patriot members. When they came to service our HVAC, I asked about a plumbing issue. Their technician contacted their office and scheduled a plumbing appointment for the next morning. They came and fixed the problem so fast. They’re super nice and do excellent work. Highly recommend.

He was great. Very friendly and was able to answer all my questions. He was very patient explaining how to run the thermostat and now I can set it without help.
Let’s remember the ladies in the office. They are always ready to help with whatever you’re calling about.
I’m grateful I found Frank at CRC and can rely on them.

I have used almost every AC company in the Central Valley and I feel like I get robbed every time because I just don’t know much about AC units or the other system with them so they could charge me 5x and I just wouldn’t know and I’m always in dying need to get it fixed but never does. So First time service with CRC and I’ll definitely by using them for now on. They caught a huge mistake that some other business did to my AC unit and fixed it for me.
I’m a veteran so seeing a honest veteran and operated business is great to see.

I’m so glad I called CRC!

Shawn came and provided excellent service with a bedside manner, and he proactively went the extra mile as well. I called a popular competitor first - Lee’s, to be exact - and CRC crushed their service rates by more than two-thirds the price (Lee’s refused to price-match), AND they showed up FAST! Next time I need plumbing, I’m callin’ CRC off TOP!!

EXCELLENT service & communication by CRC Plumbing!! We had flooding in our backyard w/water almost up 2 our backyard door! I’d called 2 other plumbers that had Emergency lines for any Emergency 24/6. Neither of those other companies responded. CRC came out on 12/30, in the rain, & discovered packed mud & balls of tree roots, inside our drainage pipes. Two guys worked the first day for several hours. In 12/31, four more guys came out & worked in the rain, cutting out the broken pipe & replacing a new one in a 5’ section. They also found the pipe broken in 2 other places, but got the drainage 2 flow from our backyard 2 the street so we’d have no more flooding. Latisha was excellent in her calling, communication, texting letting me know who & when a serviceman would arrive. Justin worked diligently digging up & fixing the pipe. Matthew, Ethan & James...
