The appointment making process was simple and quick. They followed through on everything they said they would do , from sending an employee to visit my home, in order to accurately determine the work scope, to arriving on time on the day the windows were cleaned. The two young men who performed the cleaning were efficient and respectful. They cleaned the window sills, which was unusual in my past experience with window cleaners, but much appreciated.
