I recently moved into a beautiful home that overlooks a lake and trees... and the whole front of the house is windows. When I looked out-I got what I would interpret as- a dusty view of the trees, water, etc. So - in all my wisdom- I decided to call a window cleaning team in to fix this. Enter Cragg's. Jack Cragg himself showed up (a delightful soul) to do the estimate and I shared with him my lament about not seeing clearly. (Please know that I make my choices on who I'm going to call to do business with based on instinct and what feels right when I look at the names of companies.) Once again my instincts were right and the integrity and professionalism of Cragg's didn't fail me. My whole experience from the first phone call and conversation, to the estimate. and then to actual cleaning day - was A+. The gentleman who came to clean my windows were meticulous and thorough. And yes,...

The two gentleman that your sent to our house to clean our windows were absolutely awesome. The were both so professional, courteous, and efficient. The screens were so clean when they were done that we thought they still needed to be reinstalled. We would highly recommend using your company and especially these young men.

When Craggs Window Cleaning first arrived I marveled at such an impressive work truck with amazing graphics! I met Brian and Cody who greeted me warmly, making eye contact, and with a smile. I have had a lot service people work for me over the years and I have never experienced this level of professionalism before, quite the opposite. They had so much respect for my home that they wore shoe covers, and they were so tidy. Don’t let the fall discourage you from having your windows cleaned … thanks to Team Craggs all of my windows are beautiful and I am thoroughly enjoying my view of the gorgeous fall colors!

The appointment making process was simple and quick. They followed through on everything they said they would do , from sending an employee to visit my home, in order to accurately determine the work scope, to arriving on time on the day the windows were cleaned. The two young men who performed the cleaning were efficient and respectful. They cleaned the window sills, which was unusual in my past experience with window cleaners, but much appreciated.
