Brian and Cody did a cleaning of the exterior windows today, including the sills. They did a really beautiful job! These guys also did the whole house, inside and out, in the spring and the work was very thorough and professional.

The guys did a great job on all the windows. They look so much better. Their work was 5 stars. My concern comes from the transparency of the pricing. We thought we were getting all our windows done inside and out including those that had screens. Come to find out the small greenhouse was for some reason broken out separately on the order. I didn’t realize that, so the greenhouse wasn’t done. Next, came an extra charge for a couple windows with “hard water” stains. Next came a charge for all the screens. There were pricing options on the screens, but I wasn’t aware of them. When I called I was told the screens were mentioned in the fine print at the bottom . We ended up paying $400 more than we thought and our greenhouse wasn’t cleaned. I would think on a $1500 order someone could have taken 5 minutes and explained all the additional charges and options. Craggs cleans our (many) windows annually. They do a consistently thorough and excellent job. Yesterday, Cody and Brian were very pleasant and worked hard non-stop until the job was completed. In fact, they returned to the house about 20 minutes after leaving because they realized that they hadn't cleaned the sliding door screens in our sunroom. Craggs is a first-rate company.
