We are so happy with the movers. They were really careful not to scratch up the furniture. They were wrapped everything and placed towels and pads between each piece when it was loaded in the truck. When I given the quoted for this move, I was told that my belongings were to remain on the truck that it was packed into (from Texas) and the same truck would be sent to the new destination (Georgia). When the shipment was delivered, my belongings had been moved into another truck, sandwiched very tightly, in a much larger truck. My belongings were located in the middle of the truck. I can not say enough about the amazing experience I had and it was all because of these guys. The day of the move there was a misunderstanding with some of the items that required to be moved and they came to my rescue. Told me there was no issue and they took everything without charging me extra money. Then came the treadmill situation. We had a treadmill that didn't fit through the door so it was left behind. Excellent service. The 2 movers who arrived the day of my move went straight to work. Competent, no dilly-dallying, and packed the trailer we hired for our long distance move with 0 damage and highly efficient use of space. Couldn't be happier with this company. This is NOT a moving company you can trust. You would expect to get what you pay for, and at a cost of $10k for moving a 3-bedroom home, these are the horrific results at a high-cost lesson learned with previously immaculate, valuable antique furniture all destroyed.

The mover stated he would reduce the billing price, if we paid him in cash an extra tip, which in itself is theft from the company. We should have known how unethically they'd behave at that point. Instead, we paid the full price of the move and amply tipped their crew, which sat carelessly on our furniture, placed their dirty dishes and food on top of our valuables, and here is the result.
