I hired condor moving for a local move from 1bedroom penthouse to one bedroom penthouse. I am very glad with how fast and well organized they worked as they knew we were being charged by the hour. They were also conscientious in wrapping and packing our furniture including TV, sofa, and piano. Very happy with assembly and disassembly as well. These guys were hired by Northern Moving Systems to move my furniture from Austin to Seattle.

First they show up with 4 people to move a 1 BR apartment. First thing they do is take a dump in my toilet. Then before moving a box try to upcharge me.

Then. It took them 1 month and 10 days to deliver my furniture. When the furniture arrived it was hap hazardly thrown into a U-Haul. Boxes marked fragile were crushed. One box had the tape removed and was completely opened. My mattress pad was soiled and ripped in half. My couch had broken legs. They only had one mover moving everything. I had to actually physically help him move my large furniture. Then when all was said and done, all the trash was just left in the apartment. Not like my boxes, but their stuff.

Condor has moved me twice. Once from the southeast to Colorado and then recently from Colorado back to the southeast for job changes.
No movers are perfect, but these guys give you an incredible effort. Jessie is amazing and I requested him for move #2.
The price was a little more than the bid on move#1, but it was $3k under the bid on move #2. If I have to move again, I will definitely use Condor and Jessie. Read more >

This is the worst moving service I have ever seen. I will not recommend it to any one and please beware of this company. I wish there is a minus stars to say how worst the experience is- I would give it to them
1. Cockroaches in my boxes- this is most annoying i don't know from where have these cockroaches come into my boxes
Now I am have to do peat control as the cockroaches are at my place
2. They broke a big baby changing table- the deliver driver says he is not responsible I do not understand who is responsible.
3. Most important- they broke my tv and delivery person is least bothered about it.
4. Bolts and screws have been missed, chair wheels are lost- i can clearly say they have just thrown my stuff in truck no proper care
5. Half the boxes are torn into half and delivery person gives some justification for this.

Engaged for my senior downsizing locally. Condor moved me out of my large home into an apartment with storage unit; and one year later moved all again into a retirement bungalow. Condor quoted us a price $12,988 and we ended up paying $25,948. Attempts to resolve this issue have led to changed email addresses and phone
numbers so I cannot resolve issues. Bought the
Insurance for $1,500 and the arbitration process to no success. Lost our outdoor concrete table and broke the legs off a 1950’s console stereo. Our 10th move and by far the worst experience of my life. There are hundreds of reviews just like mine. Please do not use this company

Even though the broker who connected us promised a flat rate, Condor demanded $4k extra once all my possessions were on their truck. This after they tried to come a week early. They brought my possessions a day late to the wrong address. And then demanded more money before they would unload claiming they didn’t know the new house had stairs even though that had been communicated.

Also they lost the legs and hardware to our beds (despite setting up the beds being in the contract), and we slept on air mattresses for weeks while we searched boxes for them.

Then despite trying for months to submit my claim for thousands of dollars of damaged and missing items and letting them know their online form wouldn’t accept enough submissions, I heard nothing for months until after the 9 month window for claims had passed. NIGHTMARE!!! This company has been a nightmare and 3 weeks later… I STILL don’t have my furniture etc. I chose Condor because of ease of communication, time frame quoted and the price quoted which were all LIES!! The salesman Mario’s quote was 1/2 of what the final cost was which I can only assume was a sales tactic. Then the realization that they contract out the actual movers was a surprise and the worst part was they loaded my furniture on July 3 to drive it to a warehouse after I was told by Mario my furniture ABSOLUTELY would not be unloaded until I received it. Now… 3 weeks later my furniture has been reloaded and is in transit all over Texas backtracking in the opposite direction of NC. Awful experience.
1. Delivery driver arrived with no helpers and took ALL DAY unloading our stuff and failed to properly reassemble multiple pieces of furniture. Moreover, when he finished, seeing as how late it was, he rushed us to sign off on everything.
2. He tried to give us someone else's table, even after we told him that it wasn't ours.
3. They had told us that payment upon delivery would need to be cash or cashier's check. However, we asked repeatedly ahead of time about alternatives (since our bank doesn't have branches in our new state.) They assured us repeatedly that we could pay by credit card (with a fee) over the phone when the dispatch called to tell us the final delivery date. Well, there was no such call. Move from Midwest to Northeast.

I had a mixed experience with Condor. While the packing guy, Mario, did an amazing job, handling my belongings with great care and efficiency, the rest of the service left much to be desired. Five stars for Mario.

The worst part was the delivery service, which was handled by a different company or person. They were disorganized and careless. A few of my items were damaged. The delivery driver came with a few unprofessional laborers who did not seem trained for moving service.

In summary, while the packing was done well, the terrible delivery service made for a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would recommend finding a company that can handle packing, picking, and delivery by the same company. Read more >

I get in touch with Condor through a third party agent on my move from the MW to the NW, I must say Condor moving team is very professional, upon their arrival to pick up my stuff, they secure and pack ever piece of furniture carefully.Nisirine(partner/owner) is very polite diligent understanding professional business woman as for Hemitt warehouse manager words can't explain how he is a very good businessman first time I spoke to him he told me my stuff was in good hands and I sincerely believe him. Mario, Max and Antonio were amazing! 3 man crew and 1 truck really showed how it's done. They disassembled, reassembled all of our beds and couches, boxed up the tvs all with ease.
