...what IMPRESSED me most about Condor Moving Systems was the men showed up ON TIME!!!!! They were very pleasant and professional. They didn't rush, didn't talk loud, and most of all explained exactly WHAT they were doing...and WHY they were doing it. Those guys were on it!!!!!!! We had a great move with Condor Moving Systems. We had them relocate us from Texas To California and the experience and quality was great. The day of the move they were very polite and helpful and it took them abt 5 hours to complete loading our items. It took aprox. 10 days for our household items to arrive in California. I used Condor Moving Systems to move me across town i was downsizing so this was a small move. The fact that it was a small move did not seem to matter to them at all they were very polite and helped me a bunch. I was able to move my items across town with ease. So I relocated my family from TX to CA and we used Condor Moving Systems to achieve this. I was very satisfied with the quality of service and the attention to detail I received from Condor. The day of the move went great they wrapped and protected all of my furniture with moving pads and plastic wrap to insure no moisture would get on them. So I used Condor to move my apartment across town and they did a great job. I selected Condor Moving Systems to relocate me from Arlington to San Antonio they did a great job! From the first time I spoke to Mario at the office i was convinced that this was the mover I was going to use. on pickup day everything went very smooth as they took inventory of all of my furniture items and boxes. I was very impressed with the time and care that went into wrapping my furniture. The following day I received my household goods in San Antonio. I relocated from Arlington TX to Los Angles CA last month and wanted to share my moving experience. I used a very reputable company Condor Moving Systems and had a great experience. From the moment i called them they were able to meet all my needs, dates , times , packing services, and delivery needs. Doug was my senior moving consultant there and he was very polite and help me schedule my move. When the movers arrived on my pickup date i was introduced to the foreman Big Jessie who was a very nice man who asked me questions about preferences and showed me my itemized list as he and the crew loaded all my stuff onto the large moving truck. I asked my best friend who she used for her move to the city (San Fran) two years ago because she had such a great experience and she told me to call Condor Moving Systems. I made the decision based on that and was i glad i did. I was moving from Ogden UT to the city. I was so happy with the care to detail the took at the new loft apartment that just had new floors put in as well as fresh paint. I was very picky when the delivery driver showed up and i feel bad because i was a little bossy but they did not seem to mind they just kept there heads down and kept working. thanks again guys for all of your help. When I decided to move me and my wife from TX to FL for our final move its was a daunting task. I spent many days reviewing companys and doing my homework and decided that Condor Moving Systems was going to be my choice. I reached out to them and spoke to a gentleman named Sal. Me and My wife spent hours on the phone with Sal going over a very detailed list of the items we had in our home as well as coming up with a box count ( my wife collects dolls so this was hard ) after a couple of calls back and forth with Sal we decided to go ahead and lock in a moving date and commit to Condor Moving Sysyems. The moving day arrived and it was great the team got there at abt 8 am and began to blanket wrap all furniture as well as seal the items in plastic to insure safe keeping while in route. Do NOT use this compamy. They broke valuable antiques, stole 2 deer heads, never got our coffee table among other things and don't want to pay out a dime let alone take responsibility for anything. The people mislead and lie, the worst experience of my life. I hope they get just rewards!!

I read the reviews, got many quotes, asked tons of question and then when with my gut. I spent the time revising my truck load to ensure that I did not have any surprises of cost at delivery, as a customer the communication and detail is what made for a great business partnership. I had many conversation and text with Nisrine, to ensure we had a very smooth move , and I DID! Dallas to Albuquerque! Condor Moving Systems has been around for many years and strive to make sure that their customers are taken care of. I received a follow up call and text 30 days after my move. HORRIBLE MOVING COMPANY !! The movers arrived and didn’t want to move our items because the owner of the moving company never told them it was 3 floors! Then they dumped all our boxes and furniture. Nothing was labeled with rooms or numbers and then they told us to sign that everything was delivered. We were overwhelmed so just signed. Now called missing antique bureaus and expensive clothing that was in boxes. The owner told us he didn’t have anything of ours. Then we received a call that they actually have the bureau and “found” our mattress but no boxes of clothing. WE ARE OUT THOUSANDS OF $$$!!!! Don’t let this happen to you!! Read more >

They lost and damaged about $1000 of items and i paid the 500 extra for in insurance... Claims wont give a penny and dispatch stopped answering my calls (they have caller ID) so i have to file a lawsuit over something so ridiculous. The movers from Houston, TX were excellent BUT the driver to CO was rude and in a rush and said dishonest information, and he hired 2 weak skinny meth head boys to unload the truck instead of Condor associates..so on top of many items being damaged and lost, this company has no intergity. I would have been happy if ANY amount was offered in the claim, but to be told $0 because YOU can't do simple math or respond to my correction is unacceptable! Also they estimated $2000 for the move but ended up charging over $5000! Again, lacking simple math.. come on study math instead of smoke meth. Read more >

USE EXTREME CAUTION!

I had the unfortunate luck to have used this company. Everything sounded good, their estimates were a little higher than few other companies but I liked the idea of using a texas based company, and it seemed like they had good business practices.... I was wrong.

Everything from getting the estimate to having the movers pack up the stuff went smoothly, then the nightmare began. My furniture was delayed by nearly 2 weeks, past the estimated date, and for what reason? because the driver kept "running into issues". It turned into so much of an issue, that one of the managers "Maj" just gave me his number so I can deal with him directly.

Finally when they came with my stuff, most of the boxes looked like they had been smashed. It looked like the truck had flipped over a couple of times on it's way! My TV screen... Read more >

DO NOT use them! They are the WORST moving company out there. The pick up drivers were MIA the day of pickup the home office couldn't even find them they showed up 3 1/2 hours later and the lead told me he had just gotten up. During the 5 1/2 hours they were there all the lead did was complain about EVERYTHING. Every trip to the truck he took a smoke break. The other guy with the lead asked me to give him the tip and not the lead since he was the only one working since the leads was always either smoking or on the phone. This was a 2 hour job at the max since we barely had items. The heaviest items were washed and dryer. A few days after the picked up took place the guys that were going to make the deliver called me to schedule the delivery, that is when I find out that I still owed $1600 at time of delivery. Truely speaking, they try to trap people :( Worst customer service!!! I was all set, ready with all my boxes packed and I got a call after 2 hrs of scheduled time for rescheduling, reason was drivers truck broke (and they didn’t have courtesy to call me on time !! ), I bought that excuse and rescheduled for next day. Guess what? Unbelievably it happened again 2nd time in a row, and this time I had to call to find why the truck didn’t arrive after an hour of scheduled time and same excuse??!!! I think company takes order alluring customer with lower prices and then play ‘wait and watch’ game with folks that are already stressed with a big planned move and later realizing..’haha tricked you’ attitude. I’ve moved 11 times for the past 15 years and this company made my last move the worst of all by far!!!! They quoted me about $1800. Packed my stuff, put them in the truck and then asked me to pay $2000 extra. They never told me of the extra charge before packing them while the paperwork I signed (without carefully reading), was claiming that they did. In other word, they legally tricked me. By “they” I mean the driver named Dove. Such a thief! Others like Big Jesse, Joan and Maj in the office were respectful and professional. I even asked them to donate the extra money they unfairly took from me to a charity of their choice, but got no response. And wait for it… they lost a piece of my bed and shoe rack. I have never had a move go so smoothly or stress free. Everyone was beyond willing to help answer my questions and concerns. The staff was consistently helpful and very cheerful.
