The worse moving experience of my life. Nothing I was told happened they sub-contracted the move. My belongings were treated so rough and so any broken items. They didn’t unpack anything. My things were dumped in my apt and they left. They hired 2 men off Craig’s list to unload the truck. Read more >

I have used Condor Moving Systems many times, which for a start goes to show they do a great job. The men are always polite, ask if not sure about where you want items, and are very good packers of fragile as well as large items. They are patient when you change your mind (I didn’t do this much but it’s inevitable with big moves,) and worked really hard to get everything done in the time frame. AWFUL MOVING COMPANY.

Condor was contracted for my move by my broker. I was wary about them because of the bad reviews but my broker promised me they've had no issues with Condor.

WHAT A LIE.

Not only did Condor accept a job they couldn't do, they were awful at communicating and following up.

Their staff isn't required to be vaccinated but I was doing a NYC move which had a mandate at the time. Their movers couldn't even ENTER my condo minus one person. I ended up having to have condo staff help move stuff because they only had one qualified person who could move my things. Additionally, they lost SO MUCH of my stuff and damaged a ton of things. They even lost a bike tires (who needs 1 bike tire???). They also charged an extra fee to downsize to a smaller truck in the city which I was NOT informed of ahead of time. Furthermore their... This company is a bait and switch operation! I have dealt with “Emmitt” , in dispatching, but is the actual owner. In short , he is a liar! I signed a contract online, then it was @adjusted” when they came to move us. From the very start I made it clear our destination is a home we don’t own until 5/31. We cannot accept delivery before that date. I filled out delivery for 6/3/22. He calls me the day AFTER he has our things and says, sorry, it’s coming on 5/31. Again my wife and myself told him we cannot accept, since we don’t own the property until afternoon. He reaches an agreement to deliver on the 2nd. He stated he will tell his “driver” to sit on it and not leave for a few days.I got a call while driving to our new state from “the driver”. He says he is delivering our items tomorrow.
