I want to start with apology, I wasn't fully ready for the move and I didn't request a packing service. But they did an excellent job! They start, then they left for two hours to move the scheduled customer , which is totally understandable. Then they returned and finished the job! I had a very disappointing experience with Condor Moving Systems. The sale rep Sarah C. gave me a false promise. She told me a box truck would pick up my items in Houston and they would be transferred to a semi-truck in Houston at their warehouse and my items would stay on that same truck unmoved until it got to my Portland, OR location. This did not happen according to many sources including the movers that arrived in Portland to unload my items. The foreman Dan in Houston was very derogatory to me as a women when I held him accountable to marking all my items "damaged" in the codes on the paperwork when there was no stains or scratches on the items. When the items arrived in Portland my grandfather's hand-made stool was lost as well as the footboard to my queen bed.
