Condor apologizes on Yelp review, but they have done absolutely nothing to recompensate us for the truck driver that they hired physically fightig with and employee he hired on craiglists. They did not recompensate us for having to unload the mover's truck to obtrain our items, carry our items upstairs, take off the padding, remove our packed boxes from the garage into our house while the truck driver stayed on his phone, smoked and treated us like we were is hire helped. Condor knows we paid for an upgraded move so my aging husband with a bad back would not have to unload, unpadded, move heavy furniture. They took the money but did not uphold their part of the contract. Also, the broker we went throught just informed us that Condor would not provide any compensation for not honoring their part of the contract. .Pictures were sent to validate our story.
