This company was all roses before signing the contract and all thorns throughout the move. My missing items were never explained or recovered. Worst customer service ever! A bad experience that I don't wish on anyone and that's why I hope you do not use this company. After looking at reviews (after the fact) I realized that I was just one more customer with missing items and a horrible experience. Bad service, bad experience, I really don’t recommend use this service because they take more longer than they told me. Nobody’s answer the phone, & when they take the call are very disrespectful. They broken my stuffs, lose one box with my personal & my wife clothes & shoes, we do like the procedures to claim and anybody answer, just tell me go to the insurance company.
The insurance that they offered doesn’t work, they send us a letter with $157 usd back for my brocken stuffs & for my box lost, before 4 month’s ago, unacceptable.

I moved 2 bedroom apartment from TX to CA.
Scheduling was very easy. Movers showed up on time very nice and pleasant team. packed everything in a very professional and efficient way, were very careful with fragile boxes and items.

I found Condor through a broker, and I wish I would have went straight to Condor instead of involving a 3rd party. The entire process was very smooth and efficient with Condor. At pickup, they had a 4 person team that was enjoyable to be around and worked extremely hard. They knocked out a 2700 sq ft home in one day. All my items were professionally wrapped and the damage at drop-off was minor (claims report is a very easy process). I had full transparency on where my belongings were and when to expect them to be delivered. 100% would recommend this group as I had a great experience moving from TX to WA. Read more >

They ‘lost’ my most expensive piece of original artwork and even though I paid extra for insurance, they REFUSED to pay me what it’s worth.

This company is a joke and great scam artists. The owner Amit is untrustworthy and will try to use sob stories to defend himself. Please don’t fall for it- true scam artists!

I will start this off by saying I was helped from beginning to end with my item count and invoice by Mario who was extremely helpful and still up until now has been so kind regardless that he doesn’t have much to do with after my items arrived. I received a broken item and two missing items. My main concern of course was the more expensive item because it’s for my business and it was an investment for future use. It left my own personal storage and went to their warehouse but never made it to my home. When I filed the claim I’m not getting enough to even buy a portion of what I had. It’s extremely heartbreaking as a small business to be out of something you worked extremely hard to get. I don’t feel there was remorse at all. It was more of oh well it’s gone and we can’t find it. If I can give zero stars or negative I would. We moved from San Antonio to Chicago. We had 3 movers from Dallas come and grab our stuff. That went smooth. What happened between then and when we got the delivery is unexplained. Condor hired some low budget movers in Illinois I’m guessing who one the main guy never even left the truck. We had two drivers change. And then the guys brother who is a scrawny 18 year old could barely lift a queen mattress. I helped that and helped him assemble my king bed that he was doing wrong. He basically was by hisself. After they started unwrapping we noticed major damage. We told them right away. And they broke a door hung as well. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. They low ball the quote amount and then on the day of the move it changes. I gave complete parameters for our move. 4th Floor. 30 feet from elevator and 30 feet back out to street on 1st floor and exact items that were to be moved (there were fewer items remaining on the moving date as we had moved most of the smaller furniture and boxes ourselves, as well as all clothing, so I was expecting our amount to decrease. Instead, they quoted me $1300.00, and on the morning of move, the sales person called and said 'we need to upgrade your crew from 3 men to 4 men because it is hot in Texas and lot of the men called out). He stated that would change the rate from $215.00 per hour to $299.00 per hour (for each man); however, it should even out at the end since with additional men, the entire move should go faster. Was quoted $1500 for entire move. Guy said 200 cub feet is enough for one bedroom. I said great can't wait to get this move over with. Upon pick up the delivery person told me that I actually needed 400 cub feet and that the move will cost $3000. Nothing to do because they already packed my things up!!!
