Alejandro/Alex was extremely helpful. We were left with water damage, and we had no where to turn, let alone know what to do because we had never come across these problems. This is where Alejandro rolled in with his thoroughness, precision to get the job right and even helping with the insurance. I feel he went above and beyond by just listening to our concerns and empathizing with us having a family loss in the middle of all this . He is really great and we thank him for his all he did with getting us situated. Thanks Alejandro!

Our house experienced flooding at 8am. By noon, Sammy & Joe had already finished extracting the water. They walked us through their work, were punctual and friendly, and showed genuine concern for our situation. I would certainly recommend this company to all my friends and family. I cannot express how much we appreciate the entire Complete Flood Restoration team. When our house flooded, it was an incredibly stressful situation and navigating next steps was very overwhelming. Alex showed up right away and immediately walked us through the mitigation process and was ready to set up fans right away. Really had a bad situation, had my sewer back up through half of my house. This company was fast to respond and very detailed oriented, made sure very step was taken to sure my house was properly sanitized and dried out, even after the adjuster was saying that it really wasn't a BIG DEAL and we didn't to take all these steps. Alex met the adjuster and showed him with thermal imaging camera the extent of the damage and educated him on the health risk and liability if he didn't allow the proper steps to be taken. I am so grateful I had him on my side.

Plastic pipe connection in the wall for the refrigerator water line cracked so we had a steady geyser of water flowing in the kitchen, kitchen pantry, and master bedroom closet (shares a wall with the kitchen). Found Complete Flood Restoration via Google search and called early in the morning the next day (after the plumber repaired the leak) and spoke to Eric the owner who said he and another employee could be at our house in less than 1 hour. Eric was so sympathetic to our plight (plumber and carpet restoration cost was less than our insurance deductible so we were paying for everything), that he included 2 additional blowers at no cost (after we agreed to pay for 2 blowers and a dehumidifier to be used in the master bedroom closet, carpeting/padding, and dry wall) for the dry wall behind the refrigerator and pantry dry wall. Normally dont leave reviews but really am impressed about the help I received from Raul. Very knowledgeable about the repair process and dealing with the insurance adjusters.
He helped get alot repairs covered that they originally said they weren't going to cover. Thanks for getting my house back together again.

After my initial post, Lisa immediately reached out to me. She assured me that the company would do whatever they could to make me a satisfied customer. Lisa and Gilbert worked directly and closely with me until all services were completed to my approval. I am immensely appreciative of their customer relations and willingness to fix the previous issues. I believe one contributing problem for me was that I was not home most of the time services were being done. An amazing company is Complete Clean Flood Restoration. We had a huge problem with one of our pipes broke and water went everywhere. I mean everywhere... the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. We called a restoration company who immediate came to look into the issue. Talk about fast service, but they came within the hour. They were able to stop the problem, and within 5 days, we had new carpet and our whole place was back to normal. Thank you Erik, and team

This company is a breath of fresh air, especially in the type of service we are getting nowadays its a different time. My insurance Carrier did not want to cover my claim Because I did not want to accept the contractor they wanted to send out. We've had bad experiences in the past with the contractors the Insurance Company sent out. It seems like they only work for the Carrier. and they have no interest in what the homeowner. really needs to get done, so we declined their vendor, so they threatened to decline our claim. They came immediately after we called them and sprang into action with water removal and drying. Alex came to our house daily to inspect the progress of the drying.

We had an excellent experience with water damage. We had a flood issue under my house after a sump pump failed and left half a foot of water under the house.They came quickly and they advised me on all available options. After I decided to move forward, Erik worked quickly and carefully clearing the flood and testing the sump pumps. He was safety minded, certified, and very professional.
