He and his team and contractors have beem there for us every step of the way. To say we are extremely happy with them is an understatement. I think we gained some friends out of this experience.

After Alex completed the mitigation, the restoration part was carried out by Raymond and his team. Raymond equally showed great professionalism. He explained the restoration process and the time frame of its completion clearly and he was regularly sending me updates through videos and pictures. The office manager Lisa was also very helpful in coordinating the entire process.
