This is a great co-living concept that our architecture studio is pursuing in Durham. A sensible and creative solution to rising housing costs. Community Room Rental is a great place to call home that really feels like home. I’ve found a community of ‘roommates’ that are now friends.
Everyone is helpful to my needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that may arise. The grounds and homes are kept clean by a friendly professional team.

The name speaks for itself! The company owners go above and beyond to foster a sense of community, the rooms are clean, safe and reasonably priced (which is hard to find these days!), if you have any issues or questions you feel heard, and if you choose, you have a wonderful opportunity to make genuine connections and friends. Highly recommend.

Jason Wallace is the consummate host, regardless which event he is giving. Don't miss out on any of them if you want a fun, exciting, laughter filled opportunity to engage with like-minded people, or maybe even meet someone special!

If you are new to the city or Charlotte is home for you, Community Room Rentals is a great option in Room Rentals. It should be your only choice after you search throughout the city. Community Room Rental became my #1 choice with the rooms offered throughout the city, room/home safety in great neighborhoods, utilities/internet included, and management/personnel (especially if there is an issue, resolved immediately).
