Community Room Rental

CRR has been such a great experience! We went for a work retreat and had a great time staying at the house on Lake Wylie. Jason has been such a great host and even took us out on the boat. Will definitely be staying again!

We had a very bad experience with Community Room Rentals. Scheduled a showing of a property only to have it canceled that day, the rescheduled virtual showing made by CRR no one showed up for the call. When we reached out to them we were told they don’t do video calls even though they said they did and scheduled a call. Very bad from start to finish and would not recommend.

Given that your team has repeatedly missed multiple scheduled calls — both those set by us and those initiated by you — I’m struggling to understand the reasoning behind suggesting for prospective tenants to set a meeting with you or your team. At this point, I would suggest directing prospects to the self-guided tours instead, as your team has shown consistent difficulty in accommodating scheduled calls. I had a great experience with Community Rental. I got to live in a very nice upscale neighborhood at a reasonable price and met some great people along the way.
