It has been a true pleasure to work with Property Manager Niki Saunders from Commercial Properties Incorporated. Niki manages the property that we are located in at the Wild Horse Pass Development Authority Corporate Center. Niki is very responsive to any of our requests or needs, we never have to ask twice and our needs are usually met within hours of the request. The Property is always in amazing condition. Niki is also helping our agency move to another office space within the same property and has been a tremendous asset in facilitating and brokering a deal for our agency that is going to be hugely beneficial to us. Niki has been very responsive to our need to access the new office space whether its first thing in the morning or the last thing in the evening. Niki has taken the time to thoroughly and concisely explain the lease agreement to my office so that i can explain it to my superiors.
