I just completed a lease transaction with Paul Fox, and he was great to work with. First i
of all, he showed up at his listed bukldings for each tour, when many brokers give you a lock box code. He was always very responsive and I could rely upon him to do exactly what he said he was going to do. His follow up was amazing, and he was always pleasant to deal with. I told Paul after thsi transaction I really hope I can do additional deals with him in the future.
