Dr. Krawitz is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and skilled. The cataract surgery he performed appears to have been excellent. I'm currently five days post-op on one eye, and I've experienced no pain and no complications.
I also greatly appreciated that he prescribed eye drops that were covered by my insurance. A previous provider prescribed drops that weren't covered, so this was a tremendous blessing.
The one area I believe could be improved is communication, particularly regarding how messages are relayed and ensuring information is accurate. Implementing a patient portal would greatly enhance communication between the doctor, staff, and patients, making it easier to exchange information clearly and efficiently.
