Drs Cohen and Morar are highly qualified and experienced eye doctors. Dr Cohen being the surgeon and Dr Morar the resident ophthalmologist at their Ridgewood location
Dr. Cohen recently completed the 2nd of my 2 cataract surgeries.
Yes Dr. Cohen, I'm seeing better, thank you. But I do recall some of the procedure being a bit uncomfortable, unlike the 1st surgery which I remember very little of.
The technicians are qualified.

You do need more front of office staff.

Red carpet treatment from the receptionist to the doctors.

I always get top notch treatment. I thought it was because I was a special kind of girl lol. Until I watched the most up most professional and kind , patient interaction of a parent either great concerns of his son's eye health. He had a million and one question s for the man receptionist who answer with knowledge and patience. In the end the man thanked him for being so kind and patient. I guess I’m not the only one who gets the red carpet treatment. We All Do. Not to forget to add my doctor is truly the best. I never feel rushed.

I had a great experience at Cohen Eye Institute. I went in urgently for a corneal abrasion and they were able to see me ASAP, which I really appreciated. Dr. Krawitz was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and reassuring. The entire staff was also very friendly and attentive. I’m so grateful for the care I received and highly recommend this office!

I had a great experience with Cohen Eye Institute and Dr. Brian Krawitz. The front staff were nice and the techs that do the pre work before seeing the doctor were wonderful. Everyone knew what they were doing. My appointment moved along efficiently from I take to conpletion. I was done with in 1 hour. Dr. Brian Krawitz was excellent. He explained everything and answered all my questions. The office is very clean and modern and all modern equipment which helps a lot. I highly recommend Cohen Eye Institute and Dr. Brian Krawitz

The institute needs more front of office personnel. The number of times I couldn't reach anyone is disappointing. And messages left were never responded to
I've had to physically come down to get responses

You also need a sort of message service for the doctors where patients can ask questions and one of the doctors can address the issue
Perhaps thru some sort of patient portal
