CNY Roof Cleaners came when they said they would and had my gutters cleaned out quickly. The only confusion is on their online notice which was sent prior to their visit. It listed requests for homeowners to prepare for their visit. The page also requested to be paid which I did immediately after they left by a check to the address provided. However the next day they charged my credit card which they had on file which included taxes.
It might be advisable to mention if they have a credit card on file that it would be use to pay the bill. Read more >

Within few days of calling, the company scheduled an appointment with a tech to come to my house, he got on the roof, checked the gutter status and level of debris, and then gave me a honest quote based what he observed. On the day of the cleaning, they were thorough in their work, ensuring that all debris from the roof was removed and the gutters were working. We had CNY Roof Cleaners clean our moss and debris covered roof, Roman Gilchrist was a great guy, was here on time and explained everything he was going to do. We are on a well, so it took longer to do the job because it took time for the well to replenish but that was explained before he started. The roof was fairly covered with moss and dirt and debris and by the time he was finished it looks like a new roof!
Roman cleaned everything up afterwards, leaving our house and property spotless!
