Had these guys come do a cleaning of my roof as there was moss throughout. The outcome was great and Vinny did a great job and was as friendly as they come! There was a small piece of shingle that was damaged after cleaning but they were quick to book a day to come out and repair that without issue. I would give 5 stars but I feel in life, nothing or nobody is perfect!

I have used CNY Roof Cleaners since 2021. They are true professionals, and they have improved upon their services they provide. Tyler gave me an estimate with multiple options so that I could choose which was best for me. And then he picked the earliest date that worked for me and the service they were providing. Roman came out to clean the roof and windows. Before he began, he explained everything that he would be doing. When he finished, he had me inspect his work and gave me information about the condition of my roof and windows. I will always be calling on CNY Roof Cleaners for any future service I need. Supporting local, veteran owned businesses are important.

Had our roof and house cleaned. Our property has large old trees that shade the south side of our house. Great for summer shade but create a perfect environment for moss growth on the roof. Heavy thick moss! We had a home appraisal scheduled and CNY Roof came out in 2 days to meet our short time line. Our roof, which is over 20 years old, looks like new!! It's beautiful!! The crew took their time to be careful near old wooden frame windows and provided tips for maintenance. Top notch service and communication. Couldn't be happier with the work done!

After the last Snow and Ice storm we contacted CNY Roof Cleaners. With in a week, three gentlemen came and removed all snow and Ice from the roof. When they arrived, they got right to work and did not stop until they completed the job. Not only are they hard workers but they explained what was done. They were knowledgeable in their job and did it quickly and very pleasant to talk to. They cleaned up any snow/ice that fell in the driveway before they left. (very considerate) I will recommend them to family and friends and not think twice to have them back if the situation occurs again.

The crew of young men that cleared the snow and ice dams off my roof on 2/21/2025 after the Valentines Day Snow Massacre, were absolutely wonderful! I've had a lot of workers at my home over almost 30 years for various jobs and never have I seen such diligent, hardworking, meticulous and conscientious workers. They worked almost non-stop in below freezing temperatures for 8 hours. It may sound like a lot of money when you first hear the cost of snow removal and ice dams from your roof, but when you see the amount of time and effort that goes into this type of job, you'll understand why the cost is what it is. They've given me piece of mind and I'm very confident in the work of the 4 young great guys that did it. They deserve a lot of kudos for their hard effort and work ethic!!!

We are out of state landlords. We called CNY Roofers for problems with our gutters due to all the ice and snow recently. They came out in a few days, at the time they said they would. They cleared off the whole roof and got rid of the ice dams, all within 1 1/2 hours. They did a great job per our tenant. Could not recommend them enough; will definitely call them again.

The workers were friendly, helpful, polite and very accommodating. They did an excellent job in removing a large ice dam and icicles from my roof, at a reasonable price. They also provided me with some very useful information regarding some problems they discovered while working on the roof and gave me possible solutions to these problems to prevent future ice dams and leakage.
