I want to extend a truly big thank you to CNY Roof Cleaning for the exceptional snow/ice removal service delivered during a time when I needed it the most (16.5" snow and healing a wrist surgery). I also appreciate the open communications and professionalism that led to working out a few minor details; this speaks volumes about the level of respect that the company (owner) has for its customers. I received a 30-minute call ahead to inform me that they were on their way, certainly that's helpful; then Paul and Gavin arrived right on time delivering experienced and knowledgeable service. My area received 26" of snow in two days. My ranch house had had water damage from the snow on the roof in the past, so I was very concerned. I could not keep up with massive amounts of snow, which the wind had blown into areas of 4-5 feet deep.
I took four bids for snow roof removal. CNY was extremely professional in the bidding process, appointment scheduling, clear on services offered and quotes on what it would cost.
Snow removers, Gavin and Paul, were polite, efficient. They were concerned about the amount of snow and genuinely concerned that they could complete the job promised without costing me a fortune.
I was extremely pleased with the work done. I would strongly recommend CNY Roof Cleaning.

Riley came by on a very cold day, just above freezing with a little bit of rain. I thought for sure they would cancel, then when he showed I thought he'd go as quickly as he could to avoid the cold. Riley was exceptionally thorough, cleaned a very mossy section of roof and took lots of pictures. He stopped to show us progress along the way and then did a really excellent job cleaning up the yard afterwards. Looks brand new! Highly recommended!

This company is excellent in its service and staff, I have hired them twice now, and each visit exceeded my expectations. I had the roof cleaned and moss removed the first time, and more recently had the gutters cleaned. Gavin cleaned the gutters which are three stories high on the back side of the house. He did a meticulous job, was on time and worked diligently while here. Very polite and professional. This company accommodated my late date request for gutter cleaning and was very easy to work with. I will definitly work with them again in the future because of the quality of their work and reasonable price schedule.
