I recently purchased a home and saw how mold and dirt was making the house look abandoned, i saw a sign going to my attorney to close papers, verify saw good reviews and is a veteran owned company so i knew right away that the job is going to be on attention to detail. Saw pictures when they finished and I couldn’t believe how different the house look it definitely made a big difference, the cleaning and attention to the roof was amazing and is a really affordable price. The scheduling was really quick and the customer service 5 stars no doubt, highly recommend to do this caring to the house.

A few days ago I noticed that I had some moss on the back of my roof. I contacted the contractor that installed my roof and was initially told he could scrap it off & hit it with a little bleach, but then said that the bleach would deteriorate the shingles. He said I should call a company that was experienced in cleaning roofs. That's when I found CNY Roof Cleaners. I called on a Tuesday evening & the next morning I received a call from the owner, Jeremy. By the time I came home from work on Thursday, the work had been completed. The back of my roof looks brand new. I will definitely be calling again in the spring to do the front of my roof. I finally found a contractor that I can trust and that will get the job done. Thank you!

I called CNY inquiring about gutter cleaning they said they would be able to come out the following day I said wow really that's great because we were having some issues with water coming in our facility they came out the next day cleaned all of our gutters we have a very large assisted living facility and they did a wonderful job would highly recommend CNY.

Very professional team ! Hired to power wash, wash windows & clean roof. Called on Monday - service provided flawlessly on Wednesday. Great communication with service tech the moment they arrived (fyi I live 2000miles away) special needs family member living in home was also very happy work was performed so well. Excellent service! My 30 year old, mossy, tree stained roof looks new again. The process, from inquiry to completion, was super quick and easy. I expected a wait time and was pleasantly surprised to receive next day service, and the tech arrived earlier than anticipated. I love the way this company operates!

I had CNY Roof Cleaners do a power wash to my moms old aluminum sided home that had many stains and it looks great now. The gutters were also flowing perfectly when job was completed. It was easy to make an appointment, reminders and info were given before the job. The young man who came to do the job was thorough, polite and professional.

CNY Roof Cleaners sent out a technician the very next day after I called. Vincent spent a long time inspecting my roof and gutters, then carefully cleaned debris out my gutters and downspouts. After he was done with this, he sprayed clean the the gutters and picked up all debris on the ground. Great job!
