Mostly a good experience. The technician who came to our house was excellent. He went above and beyond my expectations and was very professional and knowledgeable! Unfortunately, he didn't have all of the gear he needed to reach our highest gutter because his office didn't ask the necessary questions for him to know he would need a 3 story ladder. So the job is somewhat incomplete. Im hoping they can come back at some point and finish the job. Also, the original estimate was more than $100 lower than the invoice, so that's disappointing.
