Clean Sweep was quick to get there but also thorough with their work! They were there for us from start to finish through this unsettling experience and I would recommend them to anyone! The J squad LOL Josh, Josh, & James were fantastic.. my family and I cannot thank them enough.

The efforts of the staff at Clean Sweep Enterprises were integral in our recovery from a sewage back that occurred in our basement. They were enlisted by our plumbing contractor once they determined we had a level-3 spill. Of course the problem occurred on a Sunday, but the Clean Sweep techs arrived within 30 minutes of being called. They were friendly, professional, and thorough. I particularly appreciated that they worked directly with our insurance company. The clean-up efforts were completed in two days, which allowed the restoration work to begin. I would certainly recommend Clean Sweep Enterprises based on our experience with them.

Clean sweep did great work and when my home insurance was trying to rip me off, Clean Sweep informed me about public adjusters who fight insurance companies on the customers behalf so that I could get the job done! They are knowledgeable, professional, and do great work!

Mine Veral-Burk was professional, experienced , yet kind and empathetic. We are senior citizens, and not on the younger side of that term. She seemed to understand the internal crisis we were feeling, going through this kind of experience for the first time in our lives. We would recommend her in a heartbeat for anyone in our sort of urgent and unexpected emergency. Further, our dry-out guys, Jamie and Rob, were, likewise, understanding, thoughtful, and although younger, seemed completely on the same page with our emotions. They were altogether competent, and did a wonderful job, which exceeded our expectations. My husband and I couldn't thank them enough. The process with Clean Sweep from start to finish has been exceptional. The team was responsive and helped mitigate further damage from a ceiling leak I was experiencing. Both technicians, James and Rob, who came to my home were great. Their punctuality and professionalism stood out and I will recommend and use them again if I experience another mishap.

Fantastic service! We had a sewage overflow in a Sunday, and Clean Sweep was able to get to our house inside 2 hours to clean up the mess. Did the work very fast, and got us back to a clean house.

I'm thoroughly impressed with the customer service and professionalism. I called because I discovered mold in my wall and needed emergency cleaning. Josh, Josh, and JQ were my technicians and were very prompt, efficient, and took time to explain the mold removal process. They also discovered that water had started to accumulate underneath my floor and took action to remove that as well. I can't tell you how satisfied I am and how safe I feel because of their attentiveness. Trust can be hard earned, but I can say now that I will only use Clean Sweep for any future restoration services.

The crew that came to my home were GREAT! They were professional, courteous, kind, friendly and very hard working! I had a great deal of smoke damage and they were SO thorough, it took them 4 days to do everything that needed to be done, but they did a terrific job!

We had a leak inside of our wall upstairs. An entire bedroom floor was soaked and it was leaking through below. Clean Sweep came out and removed all of the wet stuff. We had mold in the walls because the leak had been going on for months (very tiny leak). Clean Sweep cleaned all of the mold and left machines to dry everything and clean the air. They came back, right on time, to pickup their machines. They handled sending all of the paperwork to my insurance company. It was an easy and very good experience, especially considering dealing with a leak is never fun. Great job to the Clean Sweep team!

Excellent service by Jamie & Rob D! They arrived the same day I called and were very friendly and thorough. They took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. They even called to check on us! The lady in charge was very sweet and reassuring.

I contacted Clean Sweep at about 7pm after discovering a sewage back-up in our bathroom downstairs. I immediately felt the genuine care and concern in Mine’s voice when she took my call. She dispatched Rob and Michael to our home, and they arrived exactly when they promised. Mine and her team communicated with me several times that night, and Rob and Michael cleaned up all of the standing water and raw sewage. They used the latest equipment to determine what needed to be removed from all areas affected (vanity, carpet in adjoining room, baseboards, etc). Everything was bagged and removed from my home without causing any additional mess or damage. Large professional dryers and an air filter were left on site to continue the clean up process. I had Wes and Eric come out Tuesday after my nightmare day Monday. Could not have asked for 2 more caring gentleman. They were perfect. Talked me thru it all, were kind and very respectful. Knowledge base was unbelievable. I would recommend them to anyone. You are lucky to have them both!!
