James and Michael did an amazing job! They were respectful of my home by wearing masks and foot covers and began work immediately answering any questions I had with a smile. Both seemed knowledgeable about the job and sympathetic to our situation. Hopefully I won't have water damage ever again but if I do, I'm calling Clean Sweep. Thanks guys!

I called Clean Sweep on a Saturday afternoon after a plumber had resolved the leak coming from my neighbor who claimed there was no leak in their unit. The earliest Clean Sweep could get to me was on Monday, early afternoon.

James and Michael knocked on my door, as stated, in the early afternoon on Monday. They came prepared to get the process started. When they came in, they covered their shoes and masked up. They got to work right away covering stuff and moving what needed to be moved.

The ceiling and part of a wall was removed and all associated debris was removed from from my home. If it weren't for the equipment left behind, you would never have known they were there. They even cleaned up the floor before they left.

Their return trip to check for dryness and equipment removal was done just as efficiently as ceiling, wall removal and,...

Rob and Rob arrived promptly and reviewed my problem and recommended a course of action. They came prepared to completed the job on the same day and the cost was way less than what I expected to pay. I appreciate this company’s quick response which gave me some

We had a septic issue at our home on Sunday. We called on Monday and they came right out. Wes and Josh were very professional, courteous. They let us know exactly what was going on and how they would remedy the problem. Thank you for putting our minds at ease.

After a complete HVAC replacement, a floor pipe was cut causing water back up in my laundry room. Because I was worried about mold, Clean Sweep was brought in. They looked my laundry room over and came up with a plan to get all water out of my basement. They were professional and pleasant. I would recommend this company. James was really nice.

James and Michael arrived on time and were extremely professional, polite, and informative throughout the entire process, from the initial inspection to the final clean up! They worked efficiently and quickly despite the fact that the damage was in our attic and it was pretty hot up there on the day they came to perform mold remediation and remove all of the moldy insulation. They did an amazing job with the cleanup and removal of the insulation from our home as well......not an ounce of old insulation left! I will highly recommend them to anyone needing their services. James and Michael are TOTALLY AWESOME! Thank you, both, for ALL of your assistance in remediating our mold issue!

Our basement flooded due to a main line valve malfunction. (A nightmare!) Clean Sweep was here promptly with very pleasant and talented professionals. They had to work for more than 10 hours and did an amazing job. They had to cut dry wall, pull up carpet, take out doors. They took photos, worked with the insurance company and were really excellent in every respect. I highly recommend them.

From our first conversation with Dawn, to the completion of services by our water mitigation team, Rob & Rob, service was excellent. Rob & Rob were very personable and professional. They explained everything and communicated with us throughout the process about everything. They worked very hard turning our water damage nightmare around. I cannot say enough about how great they were at dealing with a nasty situation. I will tell everyone I know about Clean Sweep!

Clean Sweep saved us after the main drain from our house blocked up and our downstairs bathroom flooded. James and Michael worked very hard to remove damaged dry wall. They were very thorough, courteous, trustworthy and friendly.

I had a sump pump that stopped working and the room was flooded with 2-3 inches of water. I had personal items that were stored in the room and needless to say some things got damaged. Rob and Rob came on time and after the water was pumped out they went right to work removing the damaged items and cleaning and removing items that were not damaged. They continued cleaning the room and worked very hard and did a great job. Very professional, answered all my questions and were careful to clean up after the job was done. They made the aggravation of dealing with the mess of the water easier to bare. Will recommend Clean Sweep to others and tell them to ask for both of these hard working gentlemen.

After a water leak from the upstairs bathroom, the ceiling of my entrance hall was damaged. Clean Sweep came to the rescue by disinfecting the open ceiling followed by setting up a de-humidifier, air cleaner and multiple fans. Both technicians, Wes and Josh, worked swiftly and expertly and answered any questions I had. Ruth and Donna in the office were also very helpful and accommodating. I was very happy with their services.

Unexpectedly my sub water pumps stopped working and clean sweep sent out the best men to do the job the same exact evening. Rob D, Rob L, Josh, and Wes. We’re very professional , punctual, and knowledgeable about everything going on. Being a women and a first time home buyer I had no clue what was happening , however these guys made my experience less of a headache by providing me insight. They made sure everything was cleared out and dried my basement up in no time , so that I wouldn’t get mold. I am so thankful for these guys and all of their hard work . The other great thing that I appreciate were the phone calls they gave to make sure I was aware they were on the way. Each time a hour before arrival :)
