I had clarksville construction install a 20x20 addition on the back of my house. The entire experience was amazing from beginning to end. They are very organized, gave us a schedule of when the work would be happening, and provided photos of the work that was completed each day. We were living in our second home while the addition was being built and it was awesome to always know what was happening and who would be doing work in the house each day. Our project manager was Johnny and his assistant was Madelin. They were a pleasure to work with and I am excited to work with them again for future projects in our home. This company is very professional, extremely responsive, and did 12/10 work. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in the area.

My Kitchen Cabinets needed a "little help" shutting after 30 years.
They found right closure helpers and did 19 doors in just a couple of hours. Also fixed our kitchen "catch all drawer" that was out of wack. These are tool guys, with experience. *Office folk are easy to talk to. High Marks for total customer service.

I've used Clarksville construction for a number of projects since 2019 including replacing my roof, deck ceiling and deck boards, rotten exterior wood, handyman services, and a guest bathroom renovation. With each larger project I will get multiple bids, but have always hired Clarksville Construction. I find owner Adam August is straightforward and fair in his pricing and I, a single, female homeowner, have never felt talked down to or been brushed off with any question or concerns even after the project is complete. Making an appointment for both a cost estimate and an installation date was easy and timely. The estimate was competitive, and the work was done flawlessly and professionally. The installation Techs were obviously talented and mindful of keeping noise and dust from spreading into the kitchen writ large. We wanted to remodel our kitchen back in July of 2022. We got quotes from several contractors and spoke to them in person. We fell in love with Ross from the get go. He not only answered all our question patiently but also took time to visit the various vendors for selection of items. Normally, contractors would like to get an agreement in place before introducing their vendors to the customers. This saved lot of our time in starting our project and also gave so much confidence in Ross for being so ethical and thorough in his approach.

Having a kitchen remodel done while you're living in your home can be a stressful experience, but the team of Mike, project manager, Kandace, coordinator of every little (and big) thing, and Christian, crew leader, made all the difference for us. They knew our deadline was important, and they met it; they kept our home as clean as possible while they worked; they problem-solved any issues that came up, and we felt that our project mattered to them. We finished our basement (~2600 sq ft) through Clarksville Construction. The experience was phenomenal from start to finish. The team was very organized and responsive- Fidel, our project manager was superb. I would text him any questions/concerns or changes - and his team would implement them the next day. It took about 2-2.5 months to complete the entire basement project once permits were in-hand. The construction team worked nearly every day during this time - 5-6 days per week (sometimes until 10pm!) to get the job done. His team was very easy to communicate with, and we would receive timely updates by phone and in the BuilderTrend app. Any hiccups along the way were resolved promptly and professionally (we had to make adjustments to an electrical switch to pass inspection- which the team took care of without extra charge).

Requested assistance with a leak caused by improper deck door and deck flashing installation, which had been completed by a different company years ago. Matt, Randall, Jairo and team were all such a pleasure from beginning to end. Level of professionalism and care was top notch. I found them to be very trustworthy and thorough. When we experienced a possible hiccup during the project that could’ve resulted in a costly change order (through no fault of the crew), Jairo and Randall found another solution that allowed the project to stay within the originally proposed costs. This was so very appreciated. I would definitely call upon Clarksville construction again for future needs and refer any family and friends.

We used Clarksville Construction for a small job through their handyman department. Lou was incredibly friendly and helpful during the estimate, walking me through the company and thoroughly taking a look at our issue. I really appreciated his good humor and honesty! I then worked with Randall, who was equally friendly and responsive. Randall's team was friendly, helpful, and extremely hardworking while they were completing our job. Both Randall and Lou followed up after the job was completed, and I can tell that Clarksville Construction really cares about the quality of their work and the customer experience. We are new homeowners and this is our first time using a contractor, and we had a great experience and will definitely be using them again for future home projects!

I had CCS out for an estimate on a vanity project last year, after some mixup the owner, Adam, came out personally to do my estimate. We talked about my project but he noticed a much more pressing issue that was further down my list of priorities. What a great catch! I ended up moving forward with CCS on that project to replace a large sliding door (96 inch!) with a modern and effiecient French Door. During the project the full scope of my problems were revealed and CCS was able to handle it all in stride. I had the same team onsite for 5 days, working full days with no time wasted or problems at all. Very professional and timely from the people in the field to the logistics back at the office. We (unfortunately) hired a disreputable remodeling company to do a roofline alteration and replacement project that was started and then abandoned. Thankfully, the team we worked with at Clarksville immediately put us at ease with their level of professionalism, communication, and industry knowledge. We hired Clarksville to renovate two bathrooms in our 100-year-old house last year.

Proposal:
Clarksville’s salesperson happened to be the founder and owner (Adam). He is very knowledgeable and followed up with us regularly while we waited on quotes from other companies. Their proposal was by far the most thorough. While they have a reputation for being expensive, due to their size and overhead, their price was surprisingly close to estimates from Blackstone Kitchen & Bath, BST Design & Build, and Valor Home. In the end, we selected them because none of the other contractors provided as much detail in their proposal.

We are so glad we chose Clarksville Construction to replace indoor stairs, balusters, and railing, plus replace indoor doors. All of the staff members were considerate, friendly, and professional. Workers went out of their way to contain and minimize construction disruption to the rest of the house. We would definitely work with the company on future projects and highly recommend them.

We have built one home and remodeled two. Clarksville Construction replaced all of our exposed wood trim, painted the exterior and remodeled our laundry room of a 6,000 SF house. Everything was professional and all of the employees easy to work with as we implemented a few change orders to expand the scope of work.
