We had a new front door, molding, and sidelites installed as well as a side garage door. It took a while to get the correct measurements and exact sidelites that we wanted, but after that it was smooth sailing! Julian Vaugh was our salesperson and Vanessa Arevalo was our project manager. Vanessa was wonderful! She kept in touch with us to make sure things were going according to plan, and she let us know when parts were coming in and the crew would be here. After we had signed off on the job, we noticed that the insulation strip on one side was a little short. We texted Vanessa with pictures, and she did not hesitate to agree that the crew would come back when the new piece came in and install it. The installers were terrific. After getting a few estimates and lots of advice, I decided to have Clarksville Construction Services do my deck work. Brad came out three times to give me estimates on various options and to answer all of my questions. He's very knowledgeable and professional. The project was headed by Vanessa, and she was right on point the whole way. She stopped by daily each of the four days the job took. The project was completed more quickly than expected, and we love our new floors and ceilings. Matt helped us figure out what we wanted, and Vanessa and Jairo made sure we got it. Clarksville did a fantastic job with recessed lighting, drywall repair, and paint. You can't tell there were any holes, and the texture and painting are flawless. A few months ago, I had my master bathroom remodeled by Clarksville Construction. My initial consultation with Doug Worm went well. He gave me the history and culture of Clarksville, as well as their commitment to doing great work. I appreciate that they have an amazing warranty plan. I was sold on that day.

The PM and his assistant were at my beck and call. I appreciate the care and attention that Mattie and Randall gave to me and my project. The crews came in and were very respectful. I even went out of the country for a week and felt comfortable allowing the crew access to my home. I was so excited once the project was complete and I could finally use my bathroom.
