I've used Clark for two home construction projects in the last couple of years and am very pleased with how both turned out. One was to replace rotten wood siding and stairs for a sunroom and the other was a small custom project to install a flood barrier frame for an exterior door in an area of my yard prone to excess storm run-off. They even repaired two different screens that accidentally got torn during their work without me having to ask. You can't ask for better customer service, which you can't put a price on.
I really appreciated their willingness to work with me on the flood barrier project, as many local contractors wouldn't touch it and the flood barrier company (TM Hardware-also recommended) only develops and ships their custom barriers solutions. We had to do a little trouble shooting together to figure out the installation but it all worked out. And if the project you need is not in their scope of services, they'll just let you know instead of ignoring you.
I will definitely consider Clark again for future projects. They are not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but the prices are competitive for their outstanding quality of work and customer service. I've learned through experience with various home contractors that you get what you pay for!
I'm that home owner who always has a ton of questions and input, and the Clark team is always professional and responsive to whatever I throw at them. Special shout out to Doug (sales consulting), Erin (project coordination), Beth (admin support), Mike (project management), Nelson and team, and Shadday and team (work crews) for taking care of my needs from A-Z. As a customer, I always feel like part of the team!
If I didn't already have regular plumbing, electrical, and HVAC services that I like, I'd give Clark a try for those as well.
