We hired Clarksville Construction to remodel our bathroom, they were exceedingly professional from the first meeting to the final walk through. Communication was excellent and they worked with us to help us design the perfect bathroom for our home. Their workers were very respectful in our home and took care to leave the house as clean as they found it. We will use Clarksville Construction again for any future remodeling needs.

We contracted with CCS to install a new granite fireplace surround and hearth and paint the wall. Overall, the project was carried out in a highly professional manner. The new granite was thicker than the stone that removed, and a considerable amount of custom work had to be done to make things fit properly. The workers were skilled and made it come together perfectly. We also appreciated the good communication with us as the project progressed.

We cannot say enough good things about working with this company for our sunroom addition. From our first meeting through the entire construction they knew what we wanted and were professional and friendly. I had CCS out for an estimate on a vanity project last year, after some mixup the owner, Adam, came out personally to do my estimate. We talked about my project but he noticed a much more pressing issue that was further down my list of priorities. What a great catch! I ended up moving forward with CCS on that project to replace a large sliding door (96 inch!) with a modern and effiecient French Door. During the project the full scope of my problems were revealed and CCS was able to handle it all in stride. I had the same team onsite for 5 days, working full days with no time wasted or problems at all. Very professional and timely from the people in the field to the logistics back at the office. Clarksville Construction rescued our home remodeling project!! We (unfortunately) hired a disreputable remodeling company to do a roofline alteration and replacement project that was started and then abandoned. Thankfully, the team we worked with at Clarksville immediately put us at ease with their level of professionalism, communication, and industry knowledge. We hired Clarksville to renovate two bathrooms in our 100-year-old house last year.

Proposal:
Clarksville’s salesperson happened to be the founder and owner (Adam). He is very knowledgeable and followed up with us regularly while we waited on quotes from other companies. Their proposal was by far the most thorough. While they have a reputation for being expensive, due to their size and overhead, their price was surprisingly close to estimates from Blackstone Kitchen & Bath, BST Design & Build, and Valor Home. In the end, we selected them because none of the other contractors provided as much detail in their proposal.

We are so glad we chose Clarksville Construction to replace indoor stairs, balusters, and railing, plus replace indoor doors. All of the staff members were considerate, friendly, and professional. Workers went out of their way to contain and minimize construction disruption to the rest of the house. We would definitely work with the company on future projects and highly recommend them.

We have built one home and remodeled two. Clarksville Construction replaced all of our exposed wood trim, painted the exterior and remodeled our laundry room of a 6,000 SF house. Everything was professional and all of the employees easy to work with as we implemented a few change orders to expand the scope of work. We competitively bid the work and they were the lowest bidder by far. We would use them again. Nearly all of the work was done by their employees who they appear to be treated very well.

We had a problem with the Rear Door/Window system in the back of my mom's house. The wood trim had rotted out in areas, and all the caulk had dried out and cracked. We tried one contractor, but had a bad experience. We were fortunate enough to then find Clarksville Construction Services (CCS). They had to redo the bad work done, and do the entire job correctly. They used PVC trim to replace the rotted wood, stripped all the old caulk, re-caulked, primed and painted two coats. A great job. Highly recommend.

I have dealt with many contractors in the area and Clarksville is by far the best, most professional company for large jobs. I would use them again.

I've used this company for multiple projects in the home (drywall, insulation, painting, siding/trim repair), and they've earned my complete trust. Their crews are friendly, 100% professional and treat the home like it's their own. That trust and peace of mind is well worth the relatively higher price you'll pay. One time I had an issue with the quality of the paint job they did; project manager immediately had a crew come back and make it right for no additional charge. Only issue is organization/communication at the top. Last job the crew showed up a day earlier than I expected because a change in date wasn't communicated to me. A request for the project manager not to ring the doorbell/wake up a sleeping baby also never reached him. Overall minor issues, and I will 100% hire them again and recommend them to anyone.

Just recently completed our first project with Clarksville Construction Services. Suffice it to say it won’t be our last. We were overwhelmingly pleased with the entire team and the results they achieved in doing a kitchen makeover that included new granite countertops, backsplash tile, replacement of an electric cooktop with a gas cooktop, new doors, and fresh paint. It was an exceptional experience from beginning to end.

This was my first experience working with Clarksville Construction. WOW! What a fantastic company. From beginning to end I was so happy with everything. Communication is fantastic. The people are personable and helpful. My sales person, Rob Smith, is staring to feel like family and my project manager, Fidel was top notch. Every person that I encountered on the job site in my basement remodel was kind, pleasant, and did focused work. When the job was done, I went to the basement and almost teared up because of how beautiful it was. Pain, carpet, demolition. Everything. Top notch. I cannot imagine using another company. Grateful for everything that they did.

it's time to pull the trigger

I have hired Clarksville Construction for three different jobs at my home. I was, and remain, extremely satisfied with all aspects of the jobs. Our initial interaction involved fairly major demolition and remodeling of our kitchen/dining/den area, floor replacement, in addition to replacing our deck and building a screened-in porch. I was provided guidance and advice throughout this project. The workmanship is excellent. Their staff are punctual, knowledgeable, respectful, and neat. I was completely satisfied and decided to hire them again to remodel our master bath and closet. Another very positive experience. I highly recommend Clarksville Construction and provide their name to others whenever possible.

Had Clarksville come in and remove the entire ceiling from a level in our house and completely replace it. We had a textured ceiling that had water damage and we wanted it replaced with a flat ceiling. The estimator was great and was easy to get in contact with and the drywall guys were the most professional and clean (for drywall) as you can get! Would definitely hire them again.

We did a major makeover on our 72 year old house with Clarksville. We added a room, combined the kitchen and the breakfast room into a new kitchen, tore off the old deck, added sliding glass doors from the dining room to a new composite deck, enclosed a small porch, and added a screened in porch. It was very complicated, but Clarksville did an amazing job and got all the details right. They did not cut corners and did a beautiful job, to our specifications.
