We had a new front door, molding, and sidelites installed as well as a side garage door. It took a while to get the correct measurements and exact sidelites that we wanted, but after that it was smooth sailing! Julian Vaugh was our salesperson and Vanessa Arevalo was our project manager. Vanessa was wonderful! She kept in touch with us to make sure things were going according to plan, and she let us know when parts were coming in and the crew would be here. After we had signed off on the job, we noticed that the insulation strip on one side was a little short. We texted Vanessa with pictures, and she did not hesitate to agree that the crew would come back when the new piece came in and install it. The installers were terrific. After getting a few estimates and lots of advice, I decided to have Clarksville Construction Services do my deck work. Brad came out three times to give me estimates on various options and to answer all of my questions. He's very knowledgeable and professional. The project was headed by Vanessa, and she was right on point the whole way. She stopped by daily each of the four days the job took. The project was completed more quickly than expected, and we love our new floors and ceilings. Matt helped us figure out what we wanted, and Vanessa and Jairo made sure we got it. A few months ago, I had my master bathroom remodeled by Clarksville Construction. My initial consultation with Doug Worm went well. He gave me the history and culture of Clarksville, as well as their commitment to doing great work. I appreciate that they have an amazing warranty plan. I was sold on that day.

The PM and his assistant were at my beck and call. I appreciate the care and attention that Mattie and Randall gave to me and my project. The crews came in and were very respectful. I even went out of the country for a week and felt comfortable allowing the crew access to my home. I was so excited once the project was complete and I could finally use my bathroom. This was our second time working with Clarksville Construction. They updated two bathrooms and they were just as conscientious as they were when they did a more major renovation last year. I really appreciated that they were willing to do just the work that we wanted done; no pressure to gut the entire bathroom.The work crew of Orbin and Abel was great. They showed up on time every day, finished in the projected time, and they did great work. And Vanessa, our project manager, was in touch with us through the entire process to ensure that we were satisfied. We have a major remodeling and painting of the house. The project covered the areas marked, also including cabinets refurbishing, bathroom remodeling, etc.
The crews for cabinets (Juan), , painting (Andy and Alberto), doors (Ben and Christian) to name the leaders , have performed an outstanding, high quality work. The project manager, John Matkos has been very supportive, addressing all issues and required touch-ups, and managed to deliver the overall project on time, despite several key items back order.
Overall, we are very pleased with the job, and highly recommend CCS for any home projects.
One last mention for Vanessa, our coordinator: very customer oriented and professional, always prompt in closing any open items.

We hired Clarksville Construction to update our entire first floor of our house. Floors, painting, kitchen updating and more. Their teams were professional, very neat and cleaned up after each day to minimize any mess and the results were outstanding. We also used their recommended interior designer and she helped with paint, furniture, and more. Subsequently when Clarksville was finishing up we have a major water leak that damaged the family room. I called them when this was occurring and they immediately brought over a crew to assisted with 2 hours. This stopped the damage from getting any worse. After doing careful research and interviewing several companies, we selected Clarksville Construction to replace our deteriorated wood decking with Trex. The entire process, from initial meeting to product selection, pricing, material delivery, demolition, installation, clean-up and final walk-thru was excellent. We can't thank Clarksville enough for all they did during out basement remodel. They consistently went well above out expectations, were patient and accommodating to all of our requests, and completed our project almost 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Clarksville Construction was wonderful to work with. I can’t say enough good things about them, but here are some:
1. Incredibly friendly, professional and responsive to calls, emails, texts.
2. On time.
3. Doug in sales and designs who first came out was awesome to work with to get a scope of the project. We finished our basement, added a kitchenette and did a lot of additional carpentry. Doug was great in coming up with designs collaboratively with us.
4. Working then with the architects to signing of the contract and then beginning work was very clearly spelled out with no major surprises.
5. Our onsite project manager was Fidel…. Who was awesome. So knowledgeable, available, responsive, and a problem solver. Hope he’s our manager again in the future.
