Claire and her team are AMAZING! We first started looking for a new home in 2022 but had to put it on hold while we focused on having our second child. Claire and her team did a great job guiding us through the entire process. Everything from helping us back out of a negotiation that went south to referring us to reputable vendors for financing and inspections. They were responsive, thorough, and highlighted the importance things. For example, their strong recommendation for a sewer scope helped us avoid a $40,000 expense. Absolutely the BEST experience! Not only did Claire support us with selling a home for the first time ever, but we were selling my dad's home after he passed away. An added challenge was the fact that the home was in a retirement community with two HOA's to navigate. While we were in the dark regarding all the paperwork requirements that come with HOA's, Claire guided us through them all step-by-step, effortlessly.
