As a first time house-seller, Claire and her team made a daunting process not only manageable but enjoyable! When we realized that we were going to move and needed a realtor to sell our home we didn’t know of anyone who had a referral to offer. Claire and her team helped with the sale of my mom's home after she moved into assisted living. The fact that she spoke directly to my mom and not just me was a major deciding factor. Claire patiently explained every aspect of the selling process. She connected us with a wonderful estate sales company, advised us on necessary home repairs, and coordinated companies to clean and stage the home. The materials, checklists, and detailed suggestions for preparing the house for listing were so helpful, and Claire and her team were only a phone call or text away when any questions arose. I especially appreciated the detailed updates that came at the beginning of each week with a review of what had been accomplished to date as well as what to expect and/or what needed to be done in the week to come.
