Claire and her team are AMAZING! We first started looking for a new home in 2022 but had to put it on hold while we focused on having our second child. Claire was so respectful of that time which we really appreciated. Fast forward to 2025 and we were expecting our third child and in need of more space. Everything from helping us back out of a negotiation that went south to referring us to reputable vendors for financing and inspections. They were responsive, thorough, and highlighted the importance things. For example, their strong recommendation for a sewer scope helped us avoid a $40,000 expense. Absolutely the BEST experience! Not only did Claire support us with selling a home for the first time ever, but we were selling my dad's home after he passed away. An added challenge was the fact that the home was in a retirement community with two HOA's to navigate. While we were in the dark regarding all the paperwork requirements that come with HOA's, Claire guided us through them all step-by-step, effortlessly. Then, when our buyer's agent made some mistakes with their offer paperwork, Claire supported them with fixing it, so that the "offer" could keep moving forward.
